- Go to www.fnb.co.za and tap on the ‘Credit Cards’ tab in the navigation bar.
- Scroll down the page and find the ‘Track Application’ option. Click on it to go to the details section.
- To track your application with the application number, enter the number and click ‘Track.’
- Your status will appear on the screen, and it could be in progress, on hold, approved, dispatched, or disapproved.

- Open your FNB App
- Log into the FNB App and tap Navigate Life in the menu.
- Tap on Nav (Home and tap Manage)
- Tap on Track My Applications.
- Enter your application number and tap Continue.
- View your application status.

FAQs on FNB Bank Credit Card Application Status
Once Fnb bank receives your credit card application, it will take a maximum of 21 working days to deliver your credit card.
You can simply call Fnb credit card customer care to check the status of your credit card application.
Once you submit your Fnb credit card application, wait till you receive an acknowledgment from the bank with an application reference number.
After approval Delivery may take 3 to 5 working days.
